Its time for Mid Term Meet - (MTM as we popularly call it). The event is more popular since it has no formal meetings (of course what AEX does is none of our business ), no sergents, no heated/serious discussions but it has all the ingredients of a popular tabling dish - fellowship, meeting old/new friends, music, dance, food, family participation and to sum it up all - FULTU FUN !!!

he dates were debated (akhir debate bina RT main kahan kuch hota hai) and the final one is 27th Feb 2010 and 28th Feb 2010.
Venue : the one you see in background .... YES, ITS LOVAVALA - Bijis Hill Retreat on Bombay Pune Highway.

Date : 27th Feb, Saturday

7 am to 10 am Welcome, Registration & allotment of rooms & Breakfast

11 am to 1 pm Aex Meeting - First Half

1pm to 2 pm Lunch Break

2pm to 4 pm Aex Meeting - Second and Final Half

4pm to 5 pm High tea. Time to meet old friends n make new ones.

5.30 pm to 9.00 pm Theme Party

9 pm onwards Dine & Dance

11 am to 1 pm Winding up time for Organising Team and Settlement of A/cs

Registration Costs : Rs.4500/- for couple registration (on twin sharing basis) and Rs.3000/- for single registration (on triple sharing basis). Twinklers upto 5 years Free, From 6 - 12 years Rs.1200/- per twinkler (extra bed will be provided). Registration costs are payable in favour of "Round Table India - Area XI" by cheque payable at par at Ahmedabad. Or else one can also deposit the registration money directly in "Round Table India - Area XI" A/c with any CBS branch of Vijaya Bank. Account # "732601011001179". Details of cheque/Cash deposited to this account needs to be sent along with tabler/couple getting registered on email to - prakash_udeshi@hotmail.com and satyavrat999@gmail.com. We have also appointed city based registration co-ordinators for sending your registration details/fees.
