Ahmedabad Frolic Round Table 199 organized a poker tournament on September 13, 2009 as a FUND RAISING fellowship event. The event was supported by the participation of 43 palyers including ladies who were also interested in playing . The whole program was organized at a farm house . The event started at 5 pm and went on for over 7 hours and was followed by dinner. The event was overwhelmed by the support of tablers . Tablers from BRT 2, SRT 135, ADRT 170, AHRT 193 also participated. The event was graced by the Area VC Prakash Udeshi and the Area Secretary Satyavrat Arya. Kishore Gada and Sunit from RT 198 came from Mumbai to participate and help us organise the event . After a great evening the eventual winners were –

Ashoutosh Shah and Kishore Gada were gracious to contribute half of their prize money to our Project account (Rs, 12,500/‐ and Rs. 7500/‐ respectively) The prize distribution was done by the National Vice President Tr Manish Bhanushali who although was injured in a car accident in Chennai came to build the confidence in TEAM AFRT. He also donated Rs 2500/ towards project account. Also Tr Sunit from BRT 2 donated Rs 1500/ .
We Thank all the Tables from Ahmedabad for making this event a grand success and hope to get the same support in our upcoming Golf tournament followed by the next Poker challenge.
